Tyler attended his first Teen Treks trek at age 12, beginning with the Niagara-Toronto Trek. By age 17, he had completed most every Teen Treks trip, including Across America.
He’s led a total of eight treks, some of which are European Grand Tour, California Trek and Lake Ontario Trek! One summer after leading the Pacific Northwest trip, he decided to bike from Seattle to his home… in Buffalo! That’s twice Tyler crossed the country on two wheels!
Now, Tyler works for a nonprofit bike community called Shared Mobility, where he is currently working on a project to redeploy thousands of e-bikes that were discarded by Uber when they left the bike sharing business.
