Today the Across America Trekkers united at the Portland International Airport and then in Seaside, OR. At the airport we built an impressive 7 bicycles and had an extensive lesson in riding safely. Then we were off to catch our 2.5 hour bus ride to the Pacific coast in Seaside OR. Upon arriving in Seaside we learned about stacking and securing bicycles. Then we ended the day with ice cream and the whole group together!
