Our day started off slow by first getting lost finding the Walmart. Once we found , we shopped and fixed a sleeping pad. After we got our morning parking lot fill, we set off for Devil’s Tower. Biking was quite uneventful today until the second half where the landscape changed from barren grasslands to beautiful mountains. As we were climbing in the heat, we were hit with our first view of Devil’s Tower. As we neared the tower, we came across a shop with some of the best danish we have ever had. We rolled into camp soon after with the sunset over Devil’s Tower which was a stunning sight. We were grateful that the night wasn’t too hot as we settled down under the tower for a good rest.
