After a comfortable night of sleeping, the group slapped their belongings on their bikes and went west towards Niantic. Before lunch we went to the Mystic Seaport Museum and saw the whaling museum and learned about maritime history. Then we toured old ships in the marina. After that, we got on rowboats and paddled around the bay.
Afterwards, we continued on our bike journey and eventually stopped at the grocery store. We got power aid and bananas and are stromboli. Later on in Niantic the group did laundry and got some pizza next door.
Getting into camp just before sundown, we put up our tents and took warm showers. Tomorrow we head to Hammonnassett for our last big biking day.
