AA Trekkers Reach Niagara Falls, Canada

\

Up early on Joe’s farm we got on the road quickly with a goal of making a bikeshop right as it opened a short ride away. The seaside bike shop was out of Scot’s house who graciously hosted us for lunch and told us about his mobile bike shop, 45 half ironmans around the world, and family sports. After lunch, we flew down the roads touching 20 mph and taking breaks for ice cream and tire repair. The roads were super smooth, but had potholes which we navigated together by calling them out. our final miles included a farmers stand with fresh strawberries, and peaches, which were the best strawbberries we had ever had. after arriving at our campsite by swimming 75m across a canal while a ferry carried our bikes, we cooled off at the splash pad prepared dinner and talk to some locals. Then we decided we were still hungry so we went out for a second dinner, burgers, to cap off our 450 mile block. Full, we were ready for bed and set up tents next to the canal.
