We started through the desert after a new record for packing up camp! We quickly got back on old highway, passing wild and farm horses, goats, and sheep. Arriving in Walla Walla Washington we made our way to a bike shop to fix Luca’s rear rack and other minor improvements like a new water bottle holder. Happily we reunited with Megan just after lunch! We then proceeded through our biggest climb yet, noting how empty and hilly it was, a strange combination, to Tim (from the bike shop) and Tonya’s for a delicious sphagetti dinner.
