Up early in Spencer we had a quick breakfast of bagels and oatmeal and then hit the road. Headwinds were strong but we pushed through to a Mexican resteraunt recommended by locals. After housing our lunch we headed to our Sioux Falls city center hotel where we set up laundry and relaxed. We ended the day by getting fixes done at the local bike shop, having fun riding miniature bikes while new spokes and rack threads were installed. We ended the day with a goodbye dinner for Luca at a delicious sushi restaurant.
